4. Payment processing
Card and bank transfer payments are processed by SumUp, an independent payment provider. We never see or store your full card details. Cryptocurrency payments (Bitcoin, Ethereum) are sent directly to our published wallet addresses and are recorded on the relevant public blockchain, which is outside our control and not governed by this policy.
5. Cookies & tracking
This site currently does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and request your consent where required before any non-essential cookie is set.
6. Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and process payments (such as SumUp), and where required by law.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and contact-form data for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, and membership data for the duration of your membership plus any period required by applicable accounting or tax law.

1. Cancelling your membership
You can cancel your membership at any time by emailing Info@Oristiafutrex.com. Cancellation stops future billing; you retain access until the end of your current paid period.
2. Your right to withdraw (EU/EEA/UK customers)
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you generally have the right to withdraw from a digital-content purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. If you ask us to begin providing the membership immediately and acknowledge this when subscribing, you may lose this right once the service has started, as permitted under applicable consumer law.
3. Card & bank transfer refunds
Where a refund is due, payments made by card or bank transfer via SumUp will be refunded to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.
4. Cryptocurrency payments
Bitcoin and Ethereum transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. We cannot automatically reverse a crypto payment. If a refund is approved, it will be sent manually to a wallet address you provide, and you are responsible for providing a correct, compatible address. We are not responsible for funds lost due to an incorrect address or network fees.
